When you submit the "Contact Us" form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, WeChat ID, company or brand, your role, the product you're interested in, and a description of the bottleneck you want to solve. When you submit, our server also automatically logs the submission time and source IP address, used for basic abuse prevention and security review.
Outside of this form, this site does not currently use cookies or other tracking to collect personal information about your browsing.
We do not use your information for anything unrelated to the above, we do not share it with third parties without your consent, and we never sell it to anyone.
Information you submit is emailed to the Breakout Lab team and also kept as a backup record on our server, so a lost email doesn't mean a lost follow-up. Only our internal team can access these records.
You can contact us at any time to see, correct, or ask us to delete the information we hold about you. Email scale@breakoutlab.net and we'll handle it promptly.
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It's worth a quick check before you submit information again.
